What a Pavilio pergola is made of.

We build for tropical climates. Every component is specified to survive 35°C summers, monsoon downpours and 100% UV exposure for decades.

Concealed drainage
Every Pavilio louvre system integrates a hidden gutter and downpipe path through the posts. Calculated to BS EN 12056-3 for the rainfall intensities Bangkok sees in monsoon season (180+ mm/hour bursts). No visible pipework, no roof-edge gutters.
Aluminium 6063-T6
Marine-grade extruded aluminium for the frame, posts, beams and louvre blades. Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, dimensionally stable through Bangkok summers and monsoon humidity. The same alloy used for marine handrails and architectural facades.
AkzoNobel powder coating
Seven-year coating warranty on every finish. Available in any RAL colour; the four shown above cover 80% of our installs. Matt finish by default; gloss available on request.
Sito tubular motor
Italian-engineered tubular motor with a three-year warranty drives the louvre rotation through 0–135°. Optional rain sensors close the roof automatically; wind sensors flatten the blades above a configurable gust threshold.
